Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Columbus Day
Veterans Day
Thanksgiving Day

Thank you for your patronage!

The Fitness Center facilities are accessible 6 days a week, and contain a full complement of state of the art cardiovascular and resistance training equipment.  A qualified exercise physiologist staffs the facility and designs personalized exercise prescriptions for each program member.  In order to become a member each employee is required to complete a health risk appraisal form.  An optional assessment that measures overall physical fitness is recommended.  Each member will receive their personalized exercise program and equipment orientation. Complimenting the fitness center are fully furnished locker rooms, circuit training area and an instructional classroom area.  Please Report any significant changes in your health history to the Fitness Center Staff.

The programs offered by the Fitness Program range from special events (Federal Employee Fitness Day, Cereal City Corporate Cup, and wellness promotions) to citywide intramural leagues (basketball, softball, and volleyball).
